Weighed in at 181.8 this morning, which is 11.4 pounds less than day 1. and about 28 pounds less than I was when we got our dog. It's amazing what not being an alcoholic, eating right, and exercising can do in a short time span.
I don't think the scale is necessarily the best gauge, but it does tell you something. I'm down 5 inches on my waist and have moved from a large shirt to a medium. So there has been progress. I give it another 4 months for me to be where I want to, so that means I'm about 1/3 of the way there.
Food
- Breakfast: 2 eggs, 1/2 cup oatmeal w/ 1 scoop whey
- Snack: 1 handful almonds, 1 cup broccoli florets
- Lunch: Salad = 6oz chicken, 1 cup spinach, 1/3 cup cottage cheese, 1/4 cup red bell pepper, 4oz fresh mozzarella, 2tbs lowcal lowfat dressing
- Snack: 1pc string cheese, 1 apple
- Post-Workout snack: 8oz water, 1 scoop whey, 1tsp glutamine
- Dinner: Pita pizza
- Snack: 1/2 cup cottage cheese
